1. The wiring harness fixing points are arranged reasonably and the fixing is reliable
(1) According to the actual installation position of the wiring harness on the vehicle, in order to avoid the sagging and displacement of the wiring harness, considering the weight, fixing method and convenience of the fixing position of the wiring harness, the wiring harness must have sufficient and reasonable fixing points and fixing methods to be fixed.
(2) Set the fixed points according to the direction of the wiring harness and the specific shape of the vehicle body. The distance between the two fixed points is generally not more than 300mm on a straight line distance without a fulcrum. 150mm a fixed point); one fixed point can be arranged at the obtuse-angle inflection point; two fixed points need to be arranged at the right-angle inflection point; acute-angle inflection points are avoided in the wire harness.
(3) Select the type and size of the fixed buckle according to the shape and outer diameter of the wire harness, and meet the needs of bearing the weight of the wire harness (supplement: try to avoid letting the buckle directly bear the weight).
(4) At the position of the connector connected to other wiring harnesses and electrical components, consider setting a fixed point at a suitable position not greater than 120mm in front of the connector.
(5) Consider setting a fixed point on the trunk line at the fulcrum position, and the distance between the fixed point and the fulcrum is not more than 100mm.
(6) In the installation direction of the fixed clip, there must be enough space to facilitate the installation and removal of the clip.
2. Neat appearance and bundle configuration
(1) The wiring harness should be arranged along the edge and along the groove (the wiring groove designed on the body) to avoid the wiring harness being directly under pressure. The wiring harness shall not be exposed in the cab; in the position where the wiring harness can be observed, such as: the engine room, set eye-catching attraction points or eye-catching colors, and the wiring harness installed here is not prominent and inconspicuous (supplement: the aesthetics of the wiring harness arrangement).
(2) Arrangement In the projection direction, it is arranged in a horizontal and vertical checkerboard to avoid oblique arrangement.
(3) The clearance with the pipeline is uniform, and the clearance with the surrounding parts is reasonable.
3. The wiring harness avoids interference with surrounding components
(1) Do not directly contact with the sharp edge of the body, one must leave a gap, and the other must increase the protection to avoid the sharp edge of the body from damaging the outer insulation layer of the wiring harness, resulting in a short circuit accident (supplement: the static clearance requirement is not less than 6mm);
(2) When installed on vibrating or moving parts, the length should be reserved according to the actual situation. The reserved length is determined according to the vibration amplitude of the components and the maximum movement stroke of the moving parts. Make sure that the reserved length can prevent the vibration from being transmitted on the wire harness and not subject the wire harness to tension.
If the wire harness is subjected to vibration transmission or tension for a long time, it may cause a virtual connection between the contacts/connector terminals inside the wire harness. Such as: the connection between the engine wiring harness and the engine compartment wiring harness.
(3) The gap with moving parts should be greater than 25mm, such as the gap between the wire of the wiper motor and the connecting rod.
(4) The distance between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust manifold should be greater than 50mm (supplement: wiring harness arrangement clearance requirements in high temperature areas).
(5) The distance from parts with a temperature greater than 150°C at the engine is greater than 50mm (supplement: wiring harness arrangement clearance requirements in high temperature areas).
(6) Do not use the same fixed point as the fuel line and brake line (supplement: anti-burning).
(7) Do not cross or contact with fuel lines and brake lines. Especially in the wiring harness connection part and the oil circuit connection part, avoid fire when the conditions such as damage to the surface of the line and short circuit of the oil and the evaporation density of the oil reach certain conditions.
4. Anti-electromagnetic interference
(1) The audio wiring harness must have anti-electromagnetic interference measures to ensure the signal-to-noise ratio of the collected signals such as the audio system, so that it can work normally.
(2) The signal line of engine control module, instrument signal line, ABS signal line and air bag signal line must have anti-electromagnetic interference measures (such as: twisted pair, shielded line, etc.) to ensure that each system can work normally.
(3) Avoid the source of electromagnetic interference of parts, such as: arrange the position of some signal lines as far as possible from the source of interference: electric horn, ignition coil, electrical appliances, etc.
(4) The signal power line of the sensor should avoid the power line of the high-current components, and the interval should be greater than 300mm to avoid the signal being disturbed.
(5) Reasonably arrange electrical appliances and shorten the length of signal lines.
(6) The grounding wires of some key systems and important systems are arranged in a separate location to avoid interference from other grounding wires. For example, the airbag system, ABS, ECU engine control system and audio system are all implemented with two-wire system in the system, and the whole system adopts one grounding point.
(7) Increase the shielding grounding on the housing of the electrical appliance in the position that is easily disturbed.
