Cable Clip for Corrugated pipe are divided into cabin wiring harnesses, chassis wiring harnesses, and body wiring harnesses. The selection of automotive wires is also different for different working environments. The commonly used material characteristics are as follows:
1. The rubber compound is generally made of PVC, PE, PP and other materials. According to different characteristics, wire manufacturers generally choose PVC that is not easy to burn, anti-aging and oil-resistant as the outer quilt of the cable.
1. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) has the characteristics of non-flammability, aging resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and easy coloring, so wire processing factories generally choose PVC as the insulating sheath of wires and cables. However, due to the large dielectric constant, it is generally only used as an insulating material for low-voltage cables and an insulating material for control cables. The minimum working temperature is -40 degrees, and the high temperature resistance can reach 105 degrees.
2. The melting point range of PE (polyethylene) is 132~1350℃, the ignition temperature is 3400℃, and the natural temperature is 3900℃. Therefore, PE is usually used as the material for forming the inner film in the process of wire harness processing.
3. PP (polypropylene) has excellent mechanical strength, the highest softening temperature among thermoplastics, low temperature resistance, and aging resistance. Generally, wire harness processing plants will use a small amount of external molds for molding.
2. Conductors mainly use cables to transmit signals. According to different metal characteristics, bare copper wires, tinned copper wires, silver-plated copper wires, etc. are usually used. According to different types of wires, the proportion of metal conductors is different. The proportion of copper wire accounts for a large proportion of the cost of the wire, so the cost price of the wire will vary with the price of copper.
